How do I follow a shop?
Tap Takip Et (Follow) on the shop’s page or the heart in the list. When the shop posts something new you get a notification; the shops you follow are under the Takip tab.
Will I hear about everything?
Following covers all of a shop’s posts. Switch off topics you don’t want under Profil → Bildirim Ayarları; general posts without a topic still come through.
I’m not getting notifications
Check that Esnafım is allowed to send notifications in your phone’s settings. A shop can send at most 10 notifications a day; posts beyond that are published silently and shown on the shop’s page.
What’s in Notifications?
Tap the bell at the top right of Keşfet. The notifications of the last 7 days are listed under Today, Yesterday and This Week. Tap one to open its post. Posts leave the shop’s page after 24 hours.
What does “Şu an sakin” (quiet right now) mean?
A shop can show how busy it is: Quiet, Normal or Busy. This is never sent as a notification and shows for 2 hours while the shop is open.
How do I message a shop?
Tap the message icon on the shop’s page. You need to sign in with Google to write; your conversations are under the Mesajlar tab.
How do I add my shop?
Under Profil → İşletmeni Ekle, sign in with Google and enter your shop’s name, category, location and hours. Then post from the Mağaza tab with one tap. Put your QR code on the counter and customers can scan it to follow you.
How do I delete my account?
Profil → Hesabımı Sil. Details, and what to do if you can’t reach the app: Delete your account.
