Delete your Esnafım account
In the app
- Open Esnafım and tap the Profil (Profile) tab at the bottom.
- Tap Hesabımı Sil (Delete my account).
- Confirm with Hesabımı Sil.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you can’t reach the app
From the Google email address you signed up with, send an email titled “Account deletion request” to destek@esnafim.app. Once we have verified it’s you, we delete your account within 30 days and let you know. Guest accounts aren’t tied to an email address and become unusable once the app is uninstalled.
What is deleted
- Your account and the name, email address and profile photo from Google
- Your follows, notification preferences, distance and favourite-topic settings, notification records
- Your devices’ push tokens
- The messages and photos you sent
- If you own a business: its details, topics, posts, photos and the messages sent to it
What stays for a while
- Database backups: at most 14 days, then gone from the backups too.
- Crash reports: at most 90 days; not linked to your name or email.
- Usage statistics (if you allowed them): at most 14 months; not linked to your name or email.
- Reports you filed: until they have been reviewed and closed, to prevent abuse.
To delete only some data without deleting your account (for example a message or a business), write to destek@esnafim.app. Details: Privacy.
